Dante's Divine Comedy

Dante’s Divine Comedy gathers the gems of the contemporary Asian theatre — seasoned directors Chan Ping-chiu, Wei Yin-chuan and Sato Kashow from Hong Kong, Taipei and Osaka respectively; plus eight eminent performers from the three cities — in the making of this creative interpretation based on Dante’s Divina Commedia. The work is the result of a one-year collaboration between the repertories of the three directors who take the themes of “Inferno”, “Purgatorio” and “Paradiso” in Dante’s classic and create an entrancing smorgasbord of multimedia excitement.
